Overview of Our Chapter: 

 

The purpose of this organization shall be to:

1. Recognize students for outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated personal responsibility.
2. Provide service to the school and community.
3.  Develop leadership skills in the students of Founders Classical Academy – East Lewisville.

Eligibility and Infractions Summary

Qualifications: 

• 4th, 5th, or 6th grader
• 85/100 grade average in the core subjects
• A or AB Honor Roll in the quarter prior to induction
• No record of ISS or OSS
• No record of ample unexcused absences or tardies

Membership Requirements: 

• $15 membership dues
• Once a month formal meeting (more if needed for projects)
• Participation in at least 2/4 service projects
• Maintain 85 grade average
• Maintain regular attendance
• Maintain a high moral standard 

Permanent Suspension: 

• ISS or OSS issued
• Failure to attend assignments in which they signed up for
• Exception for emergencies or unique cases
• Two honor code violations (i.e. cheating, plagiarism)
• Failure to correct actions as stated on a 9 week suspension notice
